wow a powder brown and a yellow in a 55 now a maroon, I would say that you are overstocked, but thats my opinion. anyone else

do you know what the LFS was feeding the fish befroe you bought it??? this could be the prob. how long have you had the clown for? i feed my clown evrything (fzn brine, frzn plankton, and flake) and he/she eats all of it. how are your water params? i will agree w. Scott because he has a cool name (mine is scott too), lol. you may be overstocked that is why i ask your water params. are. are the other fish picking on your clown? remember, in every tank there is a pecking order and your clown may be a the bottom of it... :D

I recently had this problem... i purchased a small cinnamon clown from my LFS that wouldnt eat!! i was really concerned like you were...
first, i checked my water conditions (they turned out good)then i checked him out for any signs of disease or injury (that turned out good too)... I think clowns need to feel comfortable in their tanks and this may take some time, just give it some time and he should eat... i know that they can go 2 weeks w/o food but he should eat if water is good and no signs of diseases. Also you could try feeding a better variety of foods to see which one he likes the best... :D
