Large tank owners, please...

I freekin love that tank! I remember seeing those pics a while back on a thread - give us some updated pictures b/c that looks like an unbelievable setup!
I can't really help you must with this - i mean aside from pretty much emersing your upper torso into the tank i don't know how else you could do it. Just wear some snorkles and go at it

What's your clearance on those lights? Is that what's getting in your way? My lights are 24" from the water & Iv'e had no problems. Yours look like they are right on the H2O.
That's a point! Right now they're 6" above the water; without changing the hangers I could pick up another 4.

10" is still tough to get your torso under to do any work, but every little bit will help. Can you put some kind of hook on the back wall, and a clip on the back side of the light fixture so when you want, you can push the fixture back against the wall and hook it totally out of your way.

No, if I want to go snorkeling I'd have to take the fixture down. They're heavy, but not that bad.
Maybe we should fabricate a line of aqua landscaping products to help pay for our habit!
