Actually Puffer, you have it backwards. That blueface of yours is like 3/4 done changing. If he was going to have awesome color like that, you would already see it. Try feeding foods like cyclopeeze and other color enhancing foods. And BTW, I think Angelina Jolie is butt ugly...

ok i LOVE your tank and i LOVE your epaulete(spelling i always get it wrong). im planning on in the next two weeks building a stand for my 220.. finally too lol its been on a t.v. stand.. but im gonna have to put the fish in a rubbermaid with all the water and rocks but im also thinking im gonna put black sand in it.. its gonna be awsome.. im copying you with the sand lol but i love the black sand its too cool so oh well.. but i got a camera for my b-day from my girl.. so.. ill be taking pics when its all done to add to this thread

OK several things. First is just an opinion. Angelina Jolie is not butt ugly and I am willing to bet a substantial amount of money that if she were in front of any one of you, your thoughts would change. Second is a fact. Jcrim is right and the reason your angel lacks that color is due to the fact that the tank you have him in is way too small. If you think that is the best blue face you have seen I think it might be a good idea to stop going to places like petsmart for your fish. Third, no tang should be skinny. If you can see the ribs of a tang than he is far from healthy. Lastly, 2200 for a well developed system such as Jcrim's is a very good deal. 2200 for your system now maybe thats a rip off but Jcrim actually knows what he is talking about.

fact, you can not see her true colors from a picture, second of all why the hell is angelina named the hottest star ever according to every magazine i have ever read and yes i do read magazines even if they are a bit girly, last but not least if all u guys are gonna do is call my blue face ugly then u guys must be on crack to think she is ugly, she is truly one of the nicest fish u will ever see in person a photo does her no justice, by the way space when u do ur blend of fish and shrimp from the grocery store do u leave the shell on the shrimp

Shrimps dont have shells, but I do take the shells off the scallops. I only use scallop meat. However, because you have a puffer, I would feed the meal, but also occasionally feed the unblended scallop still in the shell to the puffer to keep its teeth worn down.

they do NOT have shells. They have exoskeletons. Very different. Usually those are peeled off, but if not, it doesnt hurt anything.
