Last Few Questions Before I Frag and Sell!

I will be mostly likely fragging this weekend but i have some minute questions....
These questions will be mostly on shipping packaging[list type=decimal][*]What's the "best" way to package a coral with the price and not dead on arrival on mind.
[*]What's the better shipping company: I've heard FedEx is the best I know its all on opinion but which is the one you've had the most sucess with. (chart is on top)
What's a good price for a "small" frag of xenia? I was thinking 'round $5 and a small frag of colt probably 'round $8

You can do styrofoam coolers with heat/cool packs.Also can get a thermose and make your custy pay for it.This a better option for people in snowy or cold destinations

You just have to set up a paypal account so you can recieve money.I don't think you have to be a seller to transfer money to someone account.I don't have a seller account but I have recieve money this way.Yes they do take some money out I forget what it is though.

between my roommate and myself,
we get packages about every week (sometimes 4-5 packages)
and almost everything from UPS looks like it was kicked, or sat on, or something.
normally looks "Re-Taped"
