I would consider MH, but if I only had 2 choices I would go with B (even though I am a PC fan). The additional 80 watts will serve you well young Skywalker!

VHO from Helolights, completely satisfied!!
I have 3 VHO and 2 NO actinics, so you get the option of NO on before and after the VHO go on and off! Best of both worlds...and NO is cheap and easy to comeby (Homedepot etc for ballasts...)
Just another option...

i have had both and i will never own pc lights again, they suck. the corals look so much better with VHO.
