Welcome to the boards!! Are you referring to Head and Lateral Line Erosion HLLE? Is your fish showing signs of HLLE?

yes head and body, and no not at all very healthy fish but it seems to allways happen to me, anything you know to prevent it?

Welcome aboard. What type of fish? Size tank? And please post your water perameters. HLLE is usually caused by poor water conditions, stress, and or improper food.
