If there are any reefers or FOWLR keepers out there and are skeptical about ordering fish/inverts/corals from this company, let me assure you, they're great
For my last order 3-2-06, I received a gold stripe maroon clown, a lettuce nudi branch, a naso tang, a purple firefish, a purple psudochromis, an eight-line wrasse, a bubble anemone, a candycane coral, 10 turbos, a blue linka starfish, a red open brain and finally some shrooms. No I did not overstock, I have a 300 and a 125 that these crittiers went into. I believe this is my 6th order from them and as of yet, I have not lost any livestock.
:cheer: Proper acclimation is key. The only complaint about this order is that the clown, psudochromis and nudi branch were really, really, really small but
You just can't beat their free shipping others charge up to $40. There is a site out there that sells frags for a great price $4-$8 for most everything, but their shipping is insane...$49.00

My Only Problem With Them Is That They Do Not Respond To E-mails And I Do Not See A Phone Number Anywhere, Even On The Invoices You Get With Your Order.
My Last Order Had A Detached Green Ricordia, And I E-mailed Them To Ask What To Do About It-or If They Would Replace It Since It Was Just Flying Around The Tank In The Power Head Streams! No Response After 2 Weeks And Numerous E-mails.
Even Though The Livestock I Have Received Has Been In Great Shape-i Am Considering Not Ordering Again Because Sometimes, You Really Need To Talk To Someone!!

I have only ordered from them once.. mostly because I hate spending money these days.. The yellow tang I got from them is like doing so insane in my tank. Both of my brothers have tried yellow tangs a couple times... both with very very sad results =c(
Also these green stripe mushrooms that I got from SWF.com are absolutely awesome. I try taking pics of them but they just dont come out as how you actually see them in person... as with any coral I spose...
A couple things didnt last long though.. but its not SWF.com's fault.

I orderd a powder blue, from this site, he died a week later, i have mailed him back the next day. I have e-mailed, nothing I thought they had a 15 day guarantee.Can anybody tell me how to get a fish replaced?

You should of recieved replacement instructions in your box. If you look to the left of this page under 15 day guarantee you will find what you need to do. I have always had good luck with them, had to return something once and they didn't hassle me at all.

just my opinoin but they gave us this bored i mean yea its not good at all if there not respnding but i think we need 2 calm down a little!

Here is the phone number for SWF. It is public record as it was obtained on a whois search, and then I cross referrenced it as a reverse telephone number lookup.

Hope it helps. I have a reservation on ordering anything that I can not actually talk to a human being without having to jump through hoops and ring bells. I ran into similar problems when I bought a RODI unit from a company that mnarkets its stuffon that auction site, and is located in the pacific NW.
They sure were eager to talk to when I gave em my creidt card number when I called to order one but when I had problems afterwards, they would not answer any emails nor answer the phone, and their phone then played message that they were strictly a E commerce compnay and all business was only handled by Email...but three weeks later and quite a few emails never got me any resolve in my problem.

Powder blues are really fragile, especially when shipping and aclimating. :happyfish

Why is thier phone number not on the website? Chipmaker should not have to do a whois search to find there number. I have not ordered anything from them and I will not because if I cant talk to them, then I will buy from them. Why buy from a site that does have contact info and has no phone number posted.

I had a problem with one of my orders I didn't get everything I ordered. I e-mailed them that day and they responded right away, and sent the missing items that day. So I had a great experience so I'm sorry that you have not had a good experience.
