i haven't posted here in awhile. school keeping me busy. but i found a minute and want to show you how my tank is doing after these four long months.
i have few new additions, and few old one are worth showing too. so sit tight, get the ***) out, and enjoy the show...

tridacna clam [ ibbelieve its a deresa, but the store guy was not sure]
its a beatufil multi colored 5 1/2 in speciment, that [surprisingly enough] opened right up in my tank in about 5 min. makes me very happy

hmmm i dont think its a maxima.... besides the coloring the shell isnt the same they usually have very sharp and pronounced ridges not as smooth as a shell like that looks more like a shell of a crocea

would you be able to post examples of each shell so ican compare to my clam. pleease

i would have to agree that it is a maxima, croceas generally tend to be blue, also in the third pic is that a scooter blenny or a lawnmower blenny? scooter blennys are in the dragonet family and that fish as far as I can see dosent resemble one. :notsure:

ill post a full tank pic once i get home from work. the fish in the picture is a lawnmover blenny.
those damn snail eat all the nori sheets i put out for my yellow tang... arggggg

WoW I must say very nice pictures

Also i am so glad I dont have that problem, I put a sheet of seaweed in the tank on the clip, and my Sailfin and Yellow Tangs eat it up so fast and break it off it is funny to watch. :jumping:

im taking it very slow.....
......just got in a shipment of 23 SPS frags[beauties] like a week ago.
Ca reactor coming in this friday.
does anyoe have expirience with LifeReef Ca Reactors. please let me know all the bad things you think about it.
