I am looking for suggestions on how to cure it. The only fish I have is a yellow tang, and he is suffering. I need help.
I also have inverts in my tank: Sally light foot, Coral Banded Shrimp, 2 Emerald Crabs, Hermit Crabs, a few corals and a Cucumber.

I currently feed seaweed, frozen brine, and New Life Spectrum which is supposed to have vitamins in it. However, it does not have vitamin C. Is that what I am missing? Vitamin C?

Does your tank have adequate swimming space?
Adequate rock to browse?
Do you have a grounding probe?
Are the Brine Shrimp enriched? If so, with what?
I think at minimum your fish needs a little more variety in its diet. Try some Formula 1 or Prime Reef. IMO Brine Shrimp should be reserved for feeding as a treat, not as a staple protein source.

There should be plenty of space.
I have a 85 Gal FBH, 90 lbs of live rock.
I don't think the brine shrimp are enriched.

grounding probe?
I'd suggest a widly varied diet right not until it gets better. Try several variety of algae and feed a different one each day. Stop the Brine Shrimp, unenriched adult brine shrimp have no nutritional value. Get some high quality frozen and flake foods.
