will a lawnmower blennie and a mandarin gobie be ok in a 90 gal reef.Tanks been up for almost 1 year.

IMO yes...I have a mandarin, and a scooter and they are fine..thats in a 55gl.I have a mated pair of Mandarins with the scooter but I lost the female to ich :( ,but they all got along, they pretty much mind their own business..
