can a 4 to 5 inch leaf fish be kept with a 6 inch marine betta, 6 inch volitan lion, 5 inch yellow tang, 4 inch coral beauty. and can a leaf fish be kept with a bubble tip anemone. i am asking if the leaf can live with the anemone cause if the leaf fish rested on top of the anemone by accident wont he get stuck and get stung and possably die.

The Taenianotus Triacanthus / Leaf Scorpionfish / Leaf Fish, is a great fish that only reaches about 4 inches. I kept these before lions and loved em

Can be very tough to get eating frozen foods, it took me a long time to even get them eating, and many times they never make the change, but if they do, I found it easy to keep them on frozen foods.
This species can not be kept with any nippy fish, they perch and sway.
I would not attempt to keep one with a Lion, your Volitan could end with an expensive snack and chances are pretty good it would eventually happen. Your Lion can eat half it's body size and the leaf perches making it an easy target. I would say NO to this combination.

These are really best kept in species only tanks as aggressive fish will pick at them and they will attempt to eat anything they can fit in their mouth, which is pretty big. If you do get one, make sure it is already eating frozen or that you can supply a varied live diet for the rest of it's life. I would love one but can't get saltwater feeders up here.
