Leather Coral Question

I have a small leather toadstool in my tank that has been in there for at least 4 months. My water perimeters are:

Sal - 1.025
Amm - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 0
pH - 8.2

Anyhow, some days it looks full and pretty and nice and other days it looks small and shriveled and none of the polyps are extended. Is that normal? If not, is there something that I should be doing to help it? All of my other corals look very happy and I know leathers are supposed to be easy. Thanx

They do close up and kind of shed a slimy layer to clean their surface. The. They puff back up for a while.

Ok cool, that's kinda hat I thought but I wasn't sure. Ive never really owned a leather coral because I've never really cared for them but I liked this one when I saw it at my lps so I guess I'm not used to them. Thanks for the help!!
