I am picking up some Leather frags from a buddy tonight, if you can give me the basic info to care for them that would be great. Need lots of light, amount of current, feeding habits, etc.... thank you.

Med to high light , Med flow, make sure trace elements strontium, iodine levels are good, they feed from the water column, good luck with the frags:)

Very nice Art, thanks for the pic. So by me doing bi-monthly water changes that should keep up the elements needed for the coral to thrive. I will put him up near the top to receive the most light possible.

what kind of lights do you have? That coral is mid tank, high flow, but that what it does well with ,:)

I only have about 50 watts of light, a 50/50 and a reef sun. My buddy giving me the Leather seems to think it will be OK. I can't really upgrade the light yet as it would require a new hood, and I was hoping to get my 90 up and running. I was figuring putting it near the top to get the most light.
