LED Lighting

I read someone on here that they made their own LED Lighting for a 2.5g ..... how would go about making one to run a 10g at moderate reef lighting
budget about $40
could i take apart about 10-15 of those little white Led Flashlights and wire them up. Those suckers are really really bright. I could completly light my room at night with one of those.
wait this is proving to be too easy

I have 30w of floresent and want to add more without tearing the pockets... only fifteen and no more money

Go to the famous auction site and search for digikits. I puchased 2 strips of nine for my 29bio cube and it cost me $27 with shipping. Hope this helps.
