LED's vs T5 ?

I am looking to upgrade from T5's. Any suggestions on a good LED fixture and if they are better than T5's? I have a 55g, with shrooms, leathers and zoos. There are a LOT of brands out there.....

There all low level requires corals you can get away with 1watt diodes. I have the Marineland reef LED price was right but, they can't not be hung over a topless tank, the mounting legs are to short and they are not dimmable, Wow after that review I don't want my light either. Any fixture will do LED is the way to go, last longer 50,000 hours, less electricity used, low heat and shimmer effect. I would take a look at the Apollo Reef fixture they are running a sale, good price.

Thanks, I looked up and researched apollo. Contacted them the day I got your message with a question about the length of the adjustable legs. Haven't heard back yet. Customer service doesn't sound too good...
