yellow watchman goby, or a few neon gobies...most any goby. Percs tend to get agressive towards other fish in a small tank, so its gonna be hard. There are a few wrasse and basslet, but again, small tanks have space issues

yah, though you might see some agression between the firefish and the watchman. I would go with the two percs and a yellow watchman. Pair the watchman with a pistol shrimp and rely on corals and other inverts to fill the rest of your tank

yellow watchman goby and pistol shrimp can create a relationship in which they share the same burrow//cave.

Here are a couple pics of my 20. I've currently got one false perc, one red cap goby, and one green clown goby. For some reason, the red-cap and the green clown don't get along too well. Whenever the green goby comes out in front the red head kinda chases him back behind the rocks.
Full Tank shot with Actinics only.

I also plan on getting either a six-line wrasse or a purple firefish after move everything to a drilled tank and move the sump down to the floor for a little added water volume.
Hope you like it,

The lights are 24" Current Compact Flourescents. 1x65W Dual Spectrum Actinic + 1x65W Dual Daylight + 1 LED Moonlight.
None of the pictures above have both lights on. When they're both on, they're bright enough that I don't need a flash on my camera.
Oh, and they were like $120 from the Docs w/ shipping.
