im using a mag 18 and i have 4 sprayers ..the flow comes out really nice..its not harsh at all...coming through the 4 sprayers honestly you can barely feel it..just a calm current.
the reason i ask is i tried something like that with a mag 9.5 and had no luck i have the same tank just smaller mines only a 75 but it has the 2 holes drilled on the bottom i believe the sizes i have are 1 inch and 3/4 yea if u don't mind taken afew snaps i'm definatly interested in knowing how u did it

it drains into an ecosystem, and then its sucked out by the external pump.
what do you think of the plumbing though?

plumbing looks good however dont you find that to be very loud???
a stand pipe or a mega flow system for 40-50 bucks to you drain will make for nearly silent operation. it will also help to cut down on all your micro bubbles
you cant even tell mine is on other then a very slight hum from all the pumps

plumbing looks good i agree with above that probly sounds pretty loud i have the kit he is talking about for mine and the only noise i hear is from the drain in my sump and the hum from the pump. looks good though

i honestly can barely hear mine, the real maple wood damp'ns alot of the sound...and i cant even hear my pump.

i can only seem to find 1 shrimp in the tank....

well that's good about the sound... i have 2 cleaner shrimp, 1 coral banded, 1 pepermint with the exception of the cleaner shrimp (they are out when it's feeding time) the other 2 i just saw for the first time tonight after about a month of being in the tank hehe

Uh oh I feel some competition coming on. Tanks, lookin good. I like the rockwork but you'll run out of space for corals somewhat quickly like that. Good Luck and keep us updated.
Here's my 125g at 9 months

but yours is amazing

That's a great goal and good lucks to you.
The black corners are removable I just put them there because it looks like a picture frame from the front but rounded corners are great. Any plans for your fish list or coral load yet? Mostly LPS, SPS, softies?
