Let there be Light

Many people asked what kind of lighting others use. I'm interested in how many hours do you have your lights on, what kind of lighting do you use (there,I asked it too ), are there people in here using sunlight as their source (ex, reef tank in a solarium). Info please

I have 40 gal. long and use 2-175 mh true 10000k german with 60 watt no actinics.tank is almost 4 months old and have tons of shrooms,1 short tent plate, and a feather. everything is doing great my liverock since lighting upgrade from no's has really come to life with some really outstanding &deep colors!

I use 260 watts of pc lighting(CSL..2x65 combo..2x65 10000 k)....100lbs lr that coraline is exploding all over...'shrooms and polyps growing and multiplying..in the future I plan to add 2x175 MH but for now iI like the pc's
