Lets see some sponges!

Was moving around some rock today and I discovered this nice black sponge! Also have some larger sponges growing in my fuge (second pic) but they aren't very good looking.

I have the yellow and pink sponges on my live rock,,,,,,,, what does sponges like?? food??water?? anything special??? i dont have any knowledge on sponges,,, any help appreciated,, thanks

Most of them like low light and high flow.
