LFS LR question

If i get LR from my local store that is in their tank will i have to cure it again before it goes in my tank? or will it cause a spike? or will it start reducing amonia and nitrite right off?

As long as they have already cured it and you don't leave it out of the water for very long at all, You should be alright just to toss it in. I would get a rubbermaid container with some saltwater in it to transport the rock home. The die off on the rock is what causes the ammonia and you really should have any since it won't be out of the water but for a few seconds.

yea bring a container or bucket to fill with saltwater for transport and you will be fine
