LFS states that foxface is not venomous!

i asked if the foxface was venomous.. the manager cut me off mid sentence and stated NO, that is a common misconception but the foxface is not venomous... i challenged him and said it was.. he said he would give me the fish for free if i can prove its venomous!!
is it really venomous?

Even heard about a guy who died from having an allergic reaction from its venom

Yes they are venomous, not deadly at all though (unless your allergic to bee stings), im pretty sure its the same venom that bees have.

I'd go up to him and say that as a business man he must realize that his actions are going to prevent you from doing business with him in the future. let him know that you plan on buying a lot of fish and see if he'll at least give a discount. that's bs if he's saying stuff like that, means he doesn't care for his customers since he sounds like he'll say anything to get the sale.
