Im sad today I went to ***** to get a thermometer but they were out of stock.( I didint even want to look at the fish ).
Then we drove to my Lfs and were out of stock too.
Any way at my IFS there were this family and I over heard them and they said they had a coral beauty angle. Then they asked to bag one. They also got a foxface and a kole tang. I feel so bad for those fish they werent even saying the names right. I tried to speak up but the family said they were more experience so I said Hugh you dont even know how to say these guys names. My lfs didnt ask them notha I was so mad they are always on top of things. So while I was there I picked up 1 astrea snail and 1 nassarius snail
. Its just sad that they were going to buy a starfish I tried to convince them no your tank isnt ready but then my mom says No and there like OK and didnt get it. I FEEL SO BAD THAT I COULD NOT STOP THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can successfully keep more than one dwarf angelfish in a tank together, it just depends on the size. I have two in my tank, so does Meowzer, so do many other people.

Different people will pronounce things differently. You're from Arizona, if you heard how I speak (a new yorka from long guy land [Long Island - NY]), you'd think I spoke funny.

How do you know their tank wasn't ready for a starfish?

I've shaken a bag with a fish in it before to move a particle to see if it's poop or not.

not saying you're right or wrong, but don't jump to conclusions.

I happen to be fairly young to be in this hobby, especially where I live and I've had many a person come up and try to tell me something in a store that is so blatantly wrong that I just want to smack them, but I just turn the other cheek and laugh. Then the owner will simply remind them that the next time they purchase a Maxima clam, chances are it's from my tank, where I raise them under PC lighting, or when they want something from the frag tank because they're too cheap to buy a bigger coral, chances are, it's from my tank....

Two coral beauties can go together if they know what they're doing/size of tank. People breed them you know.....

Astrea and Astrina are fairly close, easy mistake.

I know people with reefs that keep Chocolate Chip Starfish, some keep them in the refugium and add them to their tank once a week to help with algae, some use them just to feed their Harlequin Shrimp.

I don't see any crazy mistakes that these people made....
