lifeguard 25W UV sterilizer
Aquired with a used tank purchase. Plugged it in and it worked. Ballast housing has some rust but cleaned up decent.

I got the UV sterilizer with a used setup so I don't know the bulb age. It was on a 100 Gallon and I don't know the max size of aquarium it is rated for.
The picture does not show the ballast. The ballast is pretty small, about 6-2-2
