Light Cycle on 29 Gal Biocube

Hello All,
I am setting up my 29 Gal Biocube (and yes I am a newbie) and have a light cycle question. The current stock set up has 2 sets of florescent lights. One set is normal white light the other set has a blue/purple color. The last set is the moon glow LEDS. I intend to keep simple corals that can grow with the stock lighting set up.
How many hours a day should I keep each light set on?
Thank you very much for any responses!

You just want it to mimmick natural life as close as possible. Mine come on at 8:30 am and off at 8:30 pm. So 12 hours day light.
