light help

i currently have the lights that came with my tank that i bought and i wanted to know if i need stronger lights for corals or add ons and basicly for most fish.. My fish in my tank are currently "OK" i guess with the settings but i wasn't sure about what i good for my tank.. So i need help with basic lights and what i should upgrade them to....

For fish,live rock,and most low light corals(mushrooms,leathers,polyps) your lighting will be fine.But you could upgrade the bulbs to some better quality ones.I'm sure the ones that came with it are "elcheapo" ones.Look for 50/50's,10k daylights,or actinic blue bulbs in any combination....
