Light Question

My Tank Is Ready For The Cycle Mode. I Have White Light Blue Light And The Led. Which Lights Should I Run And When And How Long??? Only Thing In Tank Is Lr....thanks In Advance

Cant A Noob Get Some Love About When To Run His Lights......

Run your lights for about 8hours for the start. Something like this:
Blue(actinic) on at 12pm
White(daytime) on at 1pm
White off at 7pm
Blue off at 8pm
The moon lights (led) won't do anything for the tank, they are more for our amusement, Those you could have come on at 9pm and off at 11pm. That way you can see all the critters of the night run about.
