lighting advice

i need some advice please...
i have the followiwng
37 gallon bowfront....
1 anemone
live rock
4 fish...
not planning on doing any more as far as coral...
what wattage should i upgrade to? T5? Power compact
T5 wattage?? Current USA Sundial 30" T5 High Output 4x24w 10K/460..is what i am thinking of buying...

with that anemone..ur going to need t5...check out nova extreme pro..

i have considered the nova extreme pro...but they dont make a 30"
my bow front tank is 30" across...so i am limited to 30" lights and Current USA Sundial 30" T5 High Output 4x24w 10K/460..is only 30" that i have found...i think 96 w of t5 would be sufficient...what do you guys think...
any other suggestions...?
what should i cover top of aquarium with when i use new light...according manufaturer should have a cover over tank...so is plexy glass ok?? what material is recommended...

the novas come with a plexi sheild over there lights, it should be enough. actually a 4x24w will be enough
