I have 4X96 watt pc lights 2 True Actinic 03 and 2 10k bulbs. Im going to kick 2 of them on 1 act. and one 10k on at say 12pm and turn them off at 10pm. The other set i will kick on at 1pm and turn off and 11pm. (that sound good?)
Another question is the moonlight things(these are kinda new to me) are they worth getting?
and the last question is.. does anyone use the Coralife Power Center(timers) and do they hold up? I have had really bad luck with timers in the past.
P.S. i have found the best drip system ever made.. Got my hands on a medical grade drip pump they use for feeding tubes in people.they were throwing them out to replace with new ones.

That lighting schedule is fine but it seems a little late to start and end, is that because of your work schedule? Moonlights are awesome I would definately say go for them, Carrie

Your lighting will not support most sps corals... otherwise... a lot of people have their actinic lights come on an hour before the 10k lights. It gives the tank a dusk/dawn effect.

Corals and fish could care less what time you light them as long as it is consistant so they get used to a day/night pattern.

I have had VERY good luck with this same light setup and sps corals in the past.. untill a catastrophic came about that i never did figure out the reason for. But the only people i ever get to talk to is my LFS on stuff like this and they seem like they dont know anything i ask..
