lighting for 12 g

i have a 12 g nano with 3 t5 8 watt bulbs (1 is blue lunar light). is this enough light for corals and anemones or do i need to upgrade. if i can get corals and or anemones which do you suggest, especially some hardy corals as i am a newbie to saltwater.thanks for your help in advance.

I would deffintely not put a anemone in a 12 gallon , should even be in the back of your mind. I f you are want to have a anemone , at the very least i would go with the 24 gallon aquapod
As for your lighting you should have around 4 watts p/gallon on a nano.. MH really is not an option for beginers with a tank that small.

well, also depends on the anemone. I know you are new to the forum but are you new to the hobby? How old is the tank and what kind of anemone are you looking for? Not sure why the MH is a bad idea for beginners though.

the tank has finished cycling completely and is a week old. as for the anemone i am fine with anything that can fit in the tank. i don't have to put the corals or anemone in right away but i just wanted to know what was available so i couuld start researching.
