Lighting for 150gallon Reef?

Two 250's give you enough light to have what ever corals you would want. Mabye not if you were doing sps only.

Hello I am trying to find lighting for my custom 150gallon (48x30x24) I found a great deal on some 250w HQI MH.
I would be getting:
3xPFO HQI 250 Watt Metal Halide Mini Pendant (Double-Ended)
3xIceCap 250 Watt Electronic Metal Halide/ HQI Ballast
3x250 Watt 14000K Metal Halide Bulb - Phoenix, Double-Ended
My question is will I need a chiller with these lights? Do HQI's create less heat then mogul base? Also I was thinking of staggering the lights to help give more coverage since the tank is so wide. What do you think of this combo?

My house stays around 76-78F. Also I would have fans mounted in the canopy and in the stand blowing on the fuge.

It depends. I would run it and see. If it runs high or to close for comfort get a chiller.
