Lighting for 29.

Ive had my 29 for awhile now. More than 3 years, and I now feel ready to make it a reef. Well i'm planning to get some lights for christmas. Either a 150 watt Metal Halide or 135 watts of PC. What would you reccomend and what corals am I able to keep under these lights?
Thanks

You should look into T5's. They are more powerful than PC's, and can be just as effective as MH. They cost less, don't run hot, and require less maintenance.

i agree with bdare, look into the T5's. imo in smaller setups T5 is the way to go over halides, because if you get the right reflector, bulb, and ballast, you can get the same par as say a 175watt halide for less cost and heat (im probably going to get flamed for this but this has been proven on other forums).
