whats the difference between t-5's and t-8's..............including intesity
i just bought 15w of marine-glo actinic and 15w more of 18000k power-glo,t-8's onto my ten gallon. (30w Total)
could i keep any softies, mushrooms, zoos
Generally, the smaller the tube, the more efficient they are. You are better off with the t-5's. You are borderline too low on light. I would get some HO t-5's....
I can't give you a definite answer but I do not personally think that that's enough light. You may be able to get by with some low light requiring organisms but that's about it.
