Lighting for a 90g reef?

Also, what kind of lights give the water that blue looking effect I have seen in some tanks? It is the regular lights, but it is tented blue and makes the water look blue?

They are called actinic lights. Normally people run 1/2 actinic and 1/2 daylight but it's visual preference really. If you decide to go with the VHOs 2-daylights and 2-actinic will give you a white look.

Oh, that is what I have on my other tank, one is white or yellower (daylight) the second is blue (looks like a black light when turned on by itself). I run both at the same time to give it a clear white look, but that is on my old tank.

Bluer the look the harder it is for taking photographs. However, you get really nice colors out of the corals. Great for looking, but poor for photo taking.
