Lighting for frag tank

I have about 200lbs of LR, some base rock in a tank in my basement. I would like to try to grow zoo's Ricordea, and some shrooms on it. It's a 75 gallon tank. I was thinking of using 4 or 6 bulbs of VHO for 660 watts of light. Would that be wasted (overkill) of more light = more growth? Any other hints or words of advise would e appreciated to start this project.

I agree.. sounds good.. Any more lighting and you'll be chasing temp and water loss and not really anything more beneficial for the ric..

Yea thats how i get my zoo's to split. I bought an 802 PH that i use just for pushing directly at a zoo. Also seems to work on most of my leathers as well.
They seem to thrive on the high current.
