Lighting for my frag tsnk. T5 or MH

hi, i was wondering which type of lighting would contribute to better growth in corals, t5 or mh, in a 10 gallon tank. it would either be a 4 bulb t5 fixture or 70 watt MH fixture. any suggestions would help

i would go with the 4 bulb t5, i really like the looks of t5 now lol

what k rating should i get? im gonna get 2 blue 2 white, for the white should i get 6700, 10000, 14000 or 20000

go with 10 or 14k. anything less is too yellow.

I think a good mix would be 3 14k and 1 10k or 6700k

im thinking of going with 2 10000k's and 2 actinic then when i replace go with 1 14000, 1 10000, and 2 actinics to see what i like better. thanks guys
