lighting for refugium

ok can i use any flourecent lighting for refugium or does it have to be a plant bulb? its for mangroves and caulpera

I've been using the regular florescent ones and everything seems to grow pretty well

I use a florescent curly-Q floodlight bulb in 6500k. home depot sells them.
