What would be better for a 20 gallon long that I would want to keep anything in.
2-70W MH HQI or nova extreme T5HO 4x24Watt. Or just any 4x24Watt.
Also what does the K mean when it says like 20K bulb or 14K bulb. I know it mean like 20,000 but what is that about?

I'd go with the Nova. Since a 20gal long isn't that deep you don't really need to worry about individual reflectors, just use better bulbs like ATI, Geisemann, and UVL.
As for K, kelvin is the color of the bulb. A lower K like 6500K or 10,000K have a more yellowish color, while a higher K bulb like a 14,000K or 20,000K are more blue. Lower K will give you more growth and will penetrate the water better.
