Lighting is the great mystery

I just bought a lighting fixture for my tank for like $250 bucks because I want to keep one anenome. I have a 55g and the fixture has 260w. 2X65 blue actinics and 2X65 10,000k daylights. I did this because I have read articles saying you only need 3-5watts per gallon to keep some anenomes.
Are these articles wrong and I'm just out of luck, or what kind of anenomes can I keep???
 :help:  :notsure:

so I cannot get a regular BTA, does it have to be a rose BTA. By the way, that is what my LFS said, that a Rose BTA is a deeper water anenome so it does not need as much light, but I do not trust them much, especially when the rose BTA are expensive.
Thanks for the info, does anyone conflict with me having a Rose BTA, Condy, or a Curly????

regular BTA's MIGHT live too with that light.....you should probably have put in 60-70 dollars more and got a 250 W Metal Halide....Like a ReefStar or something....but still I think PC's are fine too.....Its just that I think that sometimes we buy an item to save a little but later realize that it might have been better to have spent X $ more....:).....story of my life.....:)

yeah, my wife sets some of the limits, and I am sure I am not the only hobbiest in that situation!

good deal, I wanted to start off with a less expensive anenome to start off with, because as much research as I have done, I am always a little hesitant to jump into a new aquarium species.
