Lighting -K???

! have a 30 gal tank stocked with, currently 1 clown & 1 blue damsel, 1 anemone (not sure which type) with LR and CC. I am concern whether I have sufficient lighting its says 15watt- but members
usually mention 18000K or something!
Does my lighting suffice?

So what would be ideal if not
15k? other than halide! -I can't afford
plus I don't know where to hang from,
for a 30gal ?!
