Hey everyone i just got a 4x65 PC for my 55 gallon tank, tomake it into a reef tank. The tank is 18"high and 4' across. Does anyone know what kind of corals, or polyps i can keep with this amount of light.

I strongly disagree.
I have the same lighting on my 55g and they will support soft corals & LPS corals... but not the more light demanding corals, clams and anemones.

No, IME a BTA will be fine. I have one that is doing really well. I'he only had him for a few months though. I also feed him three times a week.
Place the BTA high in the tank if you can...

Make sure you aren't adding those corals to a new tank. You will have to wait about half a year before adding corals to a new tank if you want them to thrive.

4x65 should be good for just about anything except High demanding Anemones like carpet and such, SPS corals and Clams. As stated. There are some soft corals that can go in a new tank though I dont really know what you like so I would wait for someone els to stop in to help you out.
