Ok so I just transfered everything from my 29 gallon to my 75 (FIANLLY I MIGHT ADD) and over the 29 I had a coralife lighting fixture with a 150w 15K MH and two 55w 50/50's. Well a freind of mine left the hobby and dropped off a setup for two 175w MH/with ballast. I am thinking of mounting one on each side(10k's) of the canopy and then the coralife set over the center. right now its just a 75 gallon FOWLR but with all the light can I start to incorporate corals into my tank? I've always been a fowlr kinda guy but I may move up now.

With the two 175w bulb you could keep whatever you wanted. There really isn't a need to add the one 150w in the center, as it will be over the brace which will cause a bad shaddow. Two bulbs will cover a four-foot tank just fine.
