I have a 40g FOWLR right now and was looking at making a slow conversion to perhaps no a full reef but maybe 'half a reef' over the summer. Mostly I just wanted to put in some sort of anenome....anemone...whatever...in there for my clown. He was my first fish in the tank and has been in there for around 6 months. Do you think he can make a change from hiding behind the filter return lip to spending time with an anemone?
In any case, what kind of lighting fixture would it require for this or low light corals in a 40g. I am only using a 24" daylight and 24" actinic bulb right now. And is the anemone/anenome safe with a pygmy angel and sixline wrasse?
