I have a 20 gallon tank and i was wondering if i get a power compact light, it has the half 10,000°K Ultra-Daylight and half Ultra-Actinic. Will that be enough so that i can house corals or anemones? if not what light source would i need. i would need it to be 24" across.

Depends on the wattage, IMO you will need 120 watts of light(metal halides or VHO) for anenommes and a very well established tank of a year or more.
