Lighting Question

I have 2 65 watt 10k and 2 65 watt actinics , what should be my schedual , i have just bueen turning them bnoth on at the same time everyday ........ for a couple now ..... should i turning one on before the other then have them both on , and then the same thing when they go off ....... what should be the routine to simulate natural sunrise and sunset ??

There is no set rule, and really it doesn't matter if you do the dawn dusk thing or just turn them on, it is more for looks if you ask me. A lot of people have the actinic come on an hour before the daylights, then run the daylights for 8-10hrs, and then have the actinics on another hour after the daylights turn off.
