I have just purchased a new PC light system that runs day and actinic seperatly, I am wondering what is the best way to run them the times ect.

I like to run my actinics only for maybe an hour....then all the lights together for about 8 hours...then only actinics again for about an hour. Sort of creates a dawn to dusk effect.
