Lighting Question

I am still new to lighting and have a question....
Is it neccessary to run the Four 96 watt True Actinic 03 Blue square-pin compact fluorescent lamps? :notsure:
Just did not know if they offer benefit like the HQI bulbs.
I have GBTA
pulsing xenia
hammer
yellow polyps
zoos.

The MH HQI lighting is going to give you more punch than pcs. If you like the look of actinics and want the reported good effects of actinic on light loving corals then you would probably want both. That's the way most folks go. HQI for power and punch; actinics for coral benefit and look.
