Lighting Question

I have decided that it is time to upgrade the light on my 46 gal tank. I am fish only at this point and plan to stay that way with the exception of an anemone for my clownfish. Can someone out there recommend a good fixture for someone on a budget? Or maybe tell me what to stay away from if you have had a bad experience? My primary reason for the upgrade is simply the anemone....I want to make sure I can provide appropriate lighting to support one and I'm sure it wouldn't hurt my liverock to have better lighting for growth as well...Here's what I am considering:
Britelite Power Compact Fixture - 130 watt (2x65 watt lamp, 48"x4"x6") comes with 50/50 bulbs
or Coralife Deluxe Series Aqualight Fixture - 130 watt (2x65 watt lamp, 48"x4"x6") comes with 10,000 watt lamps (not sure what that is?)
Both indicate that they give full spectrum lighting....any help is most appreciated..thanks!!

Id recomend a JBJ formosa. They range around $250-$400 for the size you are looking for and is an excellent light i used a formosa 1200 deluxe 4 x 65 10k on my 55 untill i upgraded to a metal hilide hood.
Not an expensive light but not a cheap one but i figure why spend 150-200 on a cheap light when for a little more you get something nice.

In my opinion a 250 MH would be ideal for your tank, with some actinic VHO or PC. Anemones like lots of lighting, and it will also help with algea growth on your lr.

Dependent on the depth, you may be fine with PCs or VHO. Metal Halide, although fine, might put off too much heat for that volume. I have trouble in my 125 keeping the temp down with dual 400w MH. And it also has a 80 gallon sump that is typically about 2/3 full...
You could do:
an icecap VHO retrofit 440w (48") for about $290
a CSL Powercompact retro 260w (48") for about $290
2 Smart-Lite Fixtures Each have 2-65w lights (260w) $225
There are more options, but here are some ideas.

What specie of Anemone? Some require very intense lighting, some don't.
Have you considered any other animals for your Clowns and avoiding the Anemone?

Aqua Fox, to echo Bang Guy - have you fully researched anemones? Do a search on this site and you might be surprised at what you find. For the most part, most people say the are very difficult to keep - might not be the best "starter" invert. Please do the search here first. Good luck!
