Lighting question??

My girlfriend is getting me a 2 by 32 watt retro kit by custom sealife for my 7 gallon minibow. I know that the kit comes with one 10k daylight and 1 actinic. The atinic that comes with it is the 7100k one. I heard that is not the true actinic. I heard that the true actinic is the actinic 03 or something like that. Should I switch them out or what???

I'd go ahead and start with the Blue bulb and then 6 months down the road switch to an Actinic bulb.
