Lighting Question

I was wondering, I currently have the 50/50 bulbs in my Saltwater tank, but was wondering what are bulbs that create the blueish darker lighting that all the "show" tanks have? By show I mean anything you see in Hospitals etc...

Either higher kelven...12k and up, or 10k with Actinic 03 supplementation...if you are using normal flourescents...swap one of them out with 100% Actinic...should blue things up a bit.
