Hello all, heres my problem, I started my fowl tank, which is doing fine, but then the lfs STARTED SELLING 8 DOLLAR FRAGS, thats when I let him talk me into a few mushrooms and some other polyp looking coral, he called them green stars but I dont think they are, anyway I have a coralife T-5, but its only 18 watts a bulb. It has one 10,000k and one actinic. For a total of 1.8 watts a gallon(its a 20g long). I got the light for 37 bucks and I was thinking about getting another one for a total of 3.6 watts a gallon, is it worth me getting or should I scrap what i have and go to a whole other light, trying to save some bucks which never really works out for me!

With the lights you have Mushrooms and Green Star Polyps will be ok. The GSP's will probably be brown rather than green though.
If it were me, I would go the extra mile and get an HQI halide fixture because once you get started with Corals it becomes an addiction. :)
My 75G now has $800 worth of lights and I can keep anything I want. I even have 2 Clams now. :D

With the introduction of corals you'll want more light.....the few you have now might do fine under your current lighting source...but as your selections expand you'll definitely need more lighting options. On your system a few more t-5's will expand your options.
